Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)      $6.99
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)    $10.99
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days)        $17.99

You can choose the corresponding method of shipping. All free shipping orders will be shipped by default using Standard Shipping. Orders can be tracked via the allocated freight provider. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

American orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered.

WHERE DOES IRUFA SHIP FROM?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. Please note we do not have any store locations, and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person at this time.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use the local postal services such as USPS, DHL and UPS.

ADDRESS

You may use any residential or workplace address where the IRUFA can hand over the parcel personally; however, we are unable to ship to military addresses, certain restricted areas or pick-up points. In the interest of security and FedEx policy, an adult over the age of 21 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@irufa.com as soon as you place your order.

PACKAGING

All orders placed on the IRUFA website are also placed in especially designed discreet protected packaging for delivery.
